Physical fitness and functional health are crucial aspects in supporting the productivity and quality of life of productive-age individuals. Low levels of regular physical activity due to a sedentary lifestyle are a major contributing factor to this decline. This study aims to analyze the effect of a structured exercise program on the physical fitness and functional health of productive-age individuals. The study employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental one-group pretest–posttest design. Subjects were productive-age individuals who participated in a structured exercise program for six weeks, three times per week. Physical fitness and functional health were measured before and after the intervention using validated instruments. Data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially using appropriate statistical tests. The results showed a significant increase in physical fitness and functional health after the structured exercise program. These findings indicate that the structured exercise program is effective as a physical activity intervention in improving the physical capacity and function of productive-age individuals. This research is expected to serve as a basis for developing community-based promotive and preventive programs in public health.
